    The Giver was a really good book. But I still hope the world doesn't end up like that.

    Yes it is a very sad book. Here's a little check to make sure I'm not crazy. Was the ending kind of abrupt and weak or do you think that it ended the way it is supposed to?

    The ending of The Giver was abrupt and weak, but I'm pretty sure it was supposed to end that way.

    The ending was WEAK. I have no idea what happened at the end. It's like Stephen King. It's like the author blanked out at the ending

    Aww i love the breakfast club. and guys guess what, Hayley Williams (the lead singer of paramore) has the art on her wall with the last sentence of the Giver on it. COOL
